ATENCIÓN MATERIAL OBLIGATORIO

Debido a las rachas de VIENTO previstas se modifica el material OBLIGATORIO en las 3 distancias siendo el siguiente:

10k /15k / 23k: mochila o cinturón + cortavientos / chubasquero + sistema de hidratación/vaso + agua + teléfono movil con batería.

ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE: pantalón largo de repuesto, manta térmica, guantes, comida (gel barrita)
