La segunda cita para nuestros olímpicos llegaba en la mañana del lunes, 23 de agosto.

MAITE GARGALLO (SCO) afrontaba los 20 kilómetros marcha con las expectativas de acercarse a los puestos de finalista.

Viento y calor han marcado la prueba en la que las marcas no han sido especialmente brillantes.

Para MAITE la carrera finalizó antes ya que tres avisos supusieron su descalificación.
